What does your payment process look like?

What is the overview for subscriptions?
You can choose an appropriate subscription on our “Shop” page before you add the the product to your cart. Our intervals include every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days. Not to mention, your subscription ensures you will save 7% off the regular, one time purchase price! These savings will be applied regardless of the interval you choose 🙂 To manage all parts of your subscription, please visit the “Subscription” section in your Account.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 12pm EST will ship out on the same day. After that you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days. We are not shipping internationally at this time.
When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, via email notification, refund requests typically take 3-5 business days to reflect back to your account. We process refunds as soon as they are received and approved.
What is your refund policy?
